Freight Claims: Shipments leave our warehouse in good condition Any cartons showing external damage should refused, or the damage noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Damaged or missing cartons must be reported to Laboratory Products Sales, Inc. within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Terms: Terms of payment are Net 30 Days, FOB Shipping Point. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. All prices are current at time of publication, but are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards: LPS accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express as methods of payment.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or common carrier, unless otherwise requested.

Returns: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from LPS. A 20% minimum restocking charge will be made on all merchandise accepted for return on orders correctly filled. Return transportation must be prepaid. REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
